Hello @rewrite I am arriving to the party late. I am interest in a 161in1 convert. I am digging through the forum now for a wait list. Do you have directions to sign up? Do I need to send a donor board?

I can do it if you have a donor no problem. If you don't, I'm afraid it's too late.

Very likely! Can you pop it open to triple check? Would hate to have you send it and find out it's not right. A credit card on the sides to pop the latches works great.

This is what you want to see inside. Those daughterboards with the rectangular chips. AES/MVS look a little different, but those chips are what you're hoping to see inside!
 
Hey Rewrite! I just popped my AES cart open and looks like I have all the correct chips. I'm already on the waiting list, should I post in the other thread?

If you have a cart to send to me to do the mod, please post in this thread so I can move you to the BYOC list, otherwise I will assume you don't have one. I have a few spare carts and can take care of some of the waitlist who do not have donor carts, but it's very few.

Finished all paid carts today.

Still a few stragglers payment-wise. If they don't come around in the next few days I will move waitlisters to their spots and refund them their deposit (this does not go for anyone who I've spoken to, just those who are MIA).

I do need some clarification between @neoVLAD and @kazuo though. You both seem to be trying to buy the same cart, and I don't know what's going on (which is why my initial reaction was to not want to deal with spot swapping). It's one of yours, but I don't know whose.
 
Unfortunately my cart is no good for this project. Unless I can find a donor somewhere, there is no change that I'm getting Vortex.

Honestly not sure what's up with this.. I have the DM convo between Vlad and myself, along with the PayPal receipt showing I paid him for the spot. He also posted in the thread to confirm that he sold me the spot, so no idea why he'd be trying to scoop the cart from you. From my vantage point, I paid him for the spot (and I can prove it), he posted here to confirm it, it's my spot.

Happy to send you whatever you need via DM; just followed up with you since I didn't have a chance to do so sooner due to various life matters. My apologies.
