In case anyone needs it I designed a slimline case for the HAS extender, I had a need for it to be slimmer to fit into a case that I was using for my Lethal Enforcers board.

Nice, this might also help with the PCB acrylic cases that keep bumping into my HAS acrylic cases.

21.4mm, could be less if you use slimmer screws on top as well.

I had to design that printed plexi for LE, I think you may be right, everyone seemed to put turtles or simpsons in these cases. I also have a SEGA System 16B in one, I didn’t listen when it said it was a Konami case..

It uses a new voltmeter that displays both the +5V and +12V rails on a 0.91" white OLED.

What are the wire harnesses used for the extenders?

16AWG for GND and +5V; 18AWG for -5V and +12V; 22AWG for signal wires. Connectors used are the JST VH and RA series. These are custom made for me in Taiwan.

Hey RGB, while you're here would this screen issue be cause by my meh cable, and if it is would you recommend a good one? Using the scart adapter and some monoprice 8pin din cable. Also, if it's an issue I'll delete the post.

That's an HSync issue, not a cable, but it's strange the RetroTink is giving you that with the CPS-3. Can you try some other display? Also, try the Raw CSync option, just in case (enable it in the Video Menu in the HAS). Please post a follow-up in the main HAS thread or via PM.
