Anyone using a CMVS-RGB pcb for MVS SCART/RGB?

Check your Scart wiring. The TV won't switch to the RGB mode without power on pins #8 and #16.

    PS1 Namco Arcade Stick Mods

I've wanted to mod my Namco stick with the GP2040-CE so I figured the fastest way would be to create a custom PCB. It allows to use Sanwa, Seimitsu, and of course the original Namco buttons. Parts needed: Raspberry Pi Pico 5-pin and 8-pin connectors are S5B-XH-A-1 and S8B-XH-A-1 (optional, you...

The RECO doesn't affect the joystick, just the "action" buttons.

I plan to experiment with the USB-C PD eventually, so I'm not saying no :) You can negotiate various voltages through the USB-C PD, but for a supergun application, we would need 20V/3~5A to get the max power from the PSU, and then convert it to +5V/+12V/-5V using the onboard regulators. I can't...

@ZeroGoukiX - I'd love to offer a version with that connector, but it's impossible to find it these days. @BilonFullHDemon - the HAS was tested with System 10, 11, 12 and worked just fine. The interference you see likely comes from the PSU or the voltage converter on your supergun.

HAS V5.0 No Power to Controllers

There's a mistake in the USB2DB15 PCB layout, it won't boot if it can't drain power from the button inputs. More to read on this - https://www.arcade-projects.com/threads/home-arcade-system.332/post-427399

How many Watts does CPS2 use when running?

I can't comment on the CPS-2, but last time I checked the MV-1C with a Garou cart, it drew around 800mA on +5V, and around 70mA on +12V (attenuated audio, connected to amplified speakers), that's less than 5W total.

This morning I did a little investigation regarding the USB2DB15. I checked it with my older HAS units, it worked just fine. Tried with the V5.0 - all inputs appear grounded, the adapter doesn't work. I supplied power to the USB2DB15 via the DB15, but didn't connect it to any supergun or PCB...
