I see someone in my local area selling this, and he's willing to sell it pretty cheap fully functional and working after messaging him. It uses DIP Switches to change the game before booting up. But he said that all the games are in Japanese language, and that they can't be changed out.
Anyone know what 32-1 CPS2 system this is? And is there no way to make these games English version? I also included the game list on there. It has Punisher on there so thought that was neat. Kind of want to get it if I can put other versions on there.
