Can anyone point me in the right direction where to buy replacement chips for IC9/IC10 (Sega Naomi 2)
In my Naomis there are either "Samsung 109 K456416320-TC1L" or "5264165F TA60 PC100-222-60" on IC9/IC10 - For both i don't find direct replacement
Both are 64 MBit (8 MB) SDRAM 16bit Chips 54pin
I figured out that i am looking for:
Maybe my assumptions are flawed or i make it more complicated as it is. I bought several chips and tried to figure out the values by looking at data sheets. I seems that i always find 32bit variations but never 16bit ones.
I would really appreciate it if people who already swapped IC9/IC10 would post the part numbers of the 64M-Chips. Thanks!

- PC100-222-60 Memory - SDRAM NOT DDR SDRAM!
- 64 MB SDRAM (non DDR, non ECC), single sided with 8 chips with each 54 pins(pins of the single chip, not the ram module!).
- I think there were variants with smaller chips on it
- 128MB SDRAM (non DDR, non ECC) double sided, with 8 chips on each side with each 54 pins(pins of the single chip, not the ram module!)
