Those look like standard DIN-41612 connectors.

There is about 10 different part numbers for this one
Omron XC5G-9621 is the "official" one.

I have blank bios boards on hand still, £15 for the blank bios pcb including socket and pins (switch / resistors / ROM chip not included).

322 romboards not sure, they are not easy to put my hands on but more will be ordered soon.
They are £20 each including LS chips + GAL, (but sockets, ROMs + main connector NOT included)

For capcom stuff you need a capcom romboard for the Q sound / Kick harness...
