YMMV but I bought a Chihiro from him a few years ago, broke it doing something stupid and he replaced free, then bought a 2nd one and didn't have any issues there either. ┐( ´ -`)┌
 
Unfortunately ordering from Yaton is hit or miss these days. I’ve had many success stories in the last few years ordering from them, but I’ve heard multiple horror stories lately. It’s a risk now
