TAITO X4 USB IO 64PIN ,HOW TO MAKE THE HARNESS ？

I had got a ttx4 and one usb io taito pcb, but it's different with JVS's 60 pin, It's 64 pin ,so anyone knows how the make the harness ? thanks.
