Sorry for the long title, trying to do good to future searchers. A little SEO I guess.
I had a 50/50 failure rate with the sound amplifiers I got with my vewlixes and the issue was the same for the two that were broken…. The headphone jack! After doing a bunch of searching here and on random audio forums, I bought these PJ-315 Power Piano Headphones Jack 7-Pin:

The dimensions are near identical to the Jalco originals. Only difference is the color really. I just installed one and it works perfectly!
Hopefully this thread can save some amplifiers. The jack on these is in such a prime place for abuse — it’s no surprise so many are busted.
