I've done up a schematic of the 834-7739-02, and put in the modifications required to jumper it to a 837-7429-01. All IC naming, and layout matches the 834-7739-02, and all red text is the associated value for 837-7429-01.
Please note though, this does not make it 1-1 compatible with a 837-7429-01. It seems that we can convert a 834-7739-02 to a spiderman, but I can't confirm this is the case for all games (most likely yes, but no guarantee's), this is because of CNH A6 and B6, and how it affects the associated latches they are connected to.
