Oh yeah, just Marvel and (I'm told) CVS2 run faster than the arcade.
I really wonder why this would be - - I would imagine it's like a clock error in the port and not a matter of horsepower, I'd wager.
It's also REALLY neglible and I doubt anyone would notice or complain unless you play really seriously. The DC was still tournament standard everywhere, and even today.
So to confirm, it's the game speed that's faster on DC in those games, like how fast the characters move. Slowdown is a diff conversation for those games.
I don't really know anything about other Naomi->DC ports. I always assumed they were basically identical. I just read today that Crazy Taxi and HotD2 have better textures on Arcade and a few more effects, interestingly.
There is some slight slowdown in DC Marvel that is prob not present on Arcade but I haven't played enough arcade over the years to be 100% sure. I just got a Naomi MVC2 last year and we don't play often or in tourney anymore.
