SEGA Control Panel Pics Thread

Odd thing to note, these are not just paper decals, they are made/printed on like a really thin felt/rubber pad, almost like a mouse pad feel to it.

Yeah, they are made that way to be situated in a commercial environment punished with lots of abuse. In a home collection, they will applied under Lexan and well protected. Cheap sticker paper will work nicely.

Trackball panels in general are getting harder to find.

Does anyone know what the original stick/button colours were on a naomi capcom panel (the one with the DC ports).

I have seen 3 variants - pink & green, blue and pink, red-green-blue, which is the factory default?

I just got one with no stick/buttins and want to make it stock.

Cool thread idea... I like it because it's good from a technical/preservation standpoint. But I'm also an arcade porn addict, and just love pics of CPs. Mintier the better. Perhaps though, we should rename it to SEGA Control Panels? They're for the most part compatible between Astro and later models. Unless you are specifically looking for the dedicated control panels of naomi games.

Thanks! I started this thread for both of your reasons stated (preservation and love seeing the pics) so there really is no restriction on what panel pics can be posted. I just put NAOMI in the title cause I'm a noobie to this era of games. Most of my collection consists of the "woodies" as you call them...

Do you happen to have the DC port to Naomi cables that go with the capcom panel?
If so i could really use a picture of either end so i can make some for mine, as they didn't come with it!
