Restored Atomiswave Candy Cab. The cabinet was undamaged except for the usual scratches and wear. Plastic shroud was near perfect but yellowed. The only thing was the translite was broken and had to be glued together and is untectable unless up close. I did actually source one but the price was $1500 which I couldn't justify.
a) Cabinet sand blasted and powder coated with exact color and sheen.
b) Correct color matching repro artwork and control panel.
c) Monitor was recapped by Sharp Image Repair
d) New Sanwa sticks and buttons
e) All plastics were professionally painted and clear coated by automotive body shop.
I will foam wrap, blanket wrap and cardboard shell for shipping.
It originally came with a Wei-Ya C3129, 29 in. What is in there now is a Toshiba Tube A68KTB189X, Chassis PB9929. My understanding is the Wei Ya was problematic and the Toshiba is more reliable.
$3500 with Metal Slug game cart. $3000 without.
