Road Burners conversion

Hi have a Road Burners that I'd like to convert to something else, like i.e. Gauntlet Legends. Has anyone done that before and can shed some light?

I believe that the IO PCB, where the Jamma connector is different, but I'm not sure if that's an impediment. In Road burners it's called DSIO and in Gauntlet and similar ones Vegas SIO.

Any info appreciated.
 
Thanks for the link, looks like there is not much I can do with it besides playing Road Burners.
 
For anyone wanting to play roadburners, that Deluxe IO is like a unicorn piece, so could be worth selling to the right person?

If not, hang on to it all and just track down a 777 SIO so you can use the Video/CPU boards to play Gauntlet?

I have a 777 SSIO from War Final Assault that I need to sell. I no longer have my ex-wife to fill out the customs papers though lol
