I've already bought 5 PCBs from @tovar and I have to say that @he has a very high standard in many ways, not only has the best shipping that I've seen in long time, but all his PCBs come cleaned with Ultrasonic and shipped with an anti-humidity bag. Everything worked as described and came in excellent condition. I'm waiting to see what else he's going to put up for sale.
