What seems to be the issue? It doesn't turn on I guess?
The power supply is a high quality one - assuming it should be fine for the 12v components there.

Does anything turn on at all? Marquee light? Speaker/audio hum/click, screen backlight? Rear power button light?

Do you have a Digital Multimeter? If not, go buy one...

all work is just the setup . the power supply It's ok to plug everything in ? the power supply :

Meanwell LRS-100-12 Alimentation 12 V DC

the build look shit a little maybe is just me . if you tell me he has nothing to worries . is normal or safe like that .

the multimeter is it to watch the volts?

The build looks pretty good to me.
Sure, better cable management could really tidy things up. My main concern would be whatever the lopsided pcb is on the left side, above the Xin1 multi game…

The DMM is to check voltages at the power supply. Forget the mains input, if the V+ / V- is showing a good 12v then the PSU should be fine. (Does the green light come on?)

If you are worried about powering it up, first disconnect the multigame barrel jack and the monitor plug. Switch on and see what happens. Hopefully just a marquee light and a speaker amp?

Test the speakers by removing the audio jack from the multigame and plug into an audio source.

Then reconnect the screen and multigame to see what is or isn’t working…

The only unfinished part I can see is that P2 controls are not wired up...
P1 looks ok at least.
