No Sound on Viewlix with 369

Hi all is there any reason the Viewlix has no sound when there is a 369 plugged into it ? this is the first time i have ever put my 369 in my Viewlix and discovered that no sound is present, all other hardware works, just the 369

Are you using the RCA jacks? Have you tested them separately on a different device?
 
use to work fine in my Noir on the RCA jacks, but i sold that, i was just wondering if there was some kind of namco viewlix hate i didnt know about lol
 
Try plugging in headphones to the 369 and try another audio source into the Vewlix to narrow down where the issue is.
 
Sega alls works fine with sound in Viewlix , i wasnt aware there was a Headphone socket on a 369
 
Sorry, I was thinking you could test the 369 audio output to another source. If that works, then I'm stumped, but the Vewlix audio in goes right to an amp, no logic is involved or anything. Strange issue.

Try reseating this cable, sometimes they cut out audio.
 
am gonna go with Lead, so ordered another as it worked fine in my noir , and the Sega Alls works fine in my Viewlix but uses a different audio lead so amazon to the rescue , and now off to watch Scotland get stuffed by Germany in the Euros
