I can definitely confirm the above. Just yesterday, I found it levitating and vomiting green slime. It also seems prone to playing the missing sound effects (on loop) whilst sitting in a Corstat box.
Not quite sure if I should call an exorcist or The Ghostbusters

Based on the shared info I would have thought it would have been better to use a 27C040 (ie. quadruple the image) to eliminate both pin 30 and 31 floating.

If you look at the picture on the dentsubo site you can see the marking 23c4xxx, this is most likely 23c4000 which is a MASK ROM. The equivalent EPROM is a 27C040
