Went ahead and recapped it... man those things are a pain to get loose due to the size of the ground plane. Took way longer than it should have and had to use desoldering gun, hot air and even a small drill (I use to clear my desoldering gun when clogged) to clear a couple of the holes. Seems OK, but too tired to do much more than a smoke test.
Yes, but not recently. GBSC I have isn't great (from Aliexpress, the one I built is in a cab so can't test with it), OSSC (which is what I primarily use), RetroTink 5x (I can never get these to work well with Neo Geos), and a Medusa scan doubler. I'll see if I can replicate it with another scaler, but other MVS boards don't have this issue with the OSSC setup I use day to day.
