What's new
I have four carts left I can sell out of my own stock, the rest are ship in your own cart.
This is down to three, I just sent out about 30 PMs off the waitlist. If you have a cart to ship me, no problem at all getting you taken care of. Otherwise, first three to reply and pay inside 24 hours will get the three I have left.

Might end up with a couple more down the road, if I can figure out why a few won't program the CPLD's. But just three left that are guaranteed.

Download that file.

Download openocd https://openocd.org/

Put that file into the bin directory

Attach your 5 wires to
AD0, AD1, AD2, AD3, +3.3V and GND on the FT2322H

Attach them to the JTAG header next to CP1 CPLD on the PROG board.

Navigate to the correct folder in command prompt (the bin folder inside openocd's folder).

openocd -f C:/openocd/share/openocd/scripts/interface/ftdi/um232h.cfg -c "adapter speed 400" -c "transport select jtag" -c init -c "svf prog_cp1.svf" -c shutdown

That will work 1:1 if you put openocd's folder at the root of C:\ . If you put it elsewhere you'll have to change the directory to match.

It takes about 7 seconds. I've been using pogo pins and just holding them there.

A couple of questions, I have the cart apart now.

Is the Prog pcb the one with P1,P2,P3 chips?
And which is the Jtag connector? I can see where I connect the 5 wires to the USB programmer, any chance of a pic. Thanks

And… The jtag connector J3 on the program board, is pin 1 the square hole?
Yes. And give me a few moments, I'll upload it somewhere more permanent. I didn't realize that link would expire!

Excellent, will give it a go today, and do I leave the 2 x mvs boards connected together or separate. :)

So I have everything connected up but cannot seem to find a version of Openocd that will download and open on my Mac.

Seems like 12 is the latest version.

I have downloaded the file that needs writing, I don’t suppose anyone is up for VNCing into my Mac and doing this.

Cheers, happy to pay for your time. :)

No difference!

I have not attempted doing this on a mac at all. Is 12 not the correct download? What sort of issue are you having opening it?

It would probably require losing a bunch of other games, and would be essentially starting from scratch and doing the cart over again.

Took an extra day, but everyone is shipped out aside from the last 3 orders. I'm waiting on sockets for two of them, and the other one's V rom is giving me grief and I'm just going to take a day away from these things.

Is there a unibios version available that provides a way to get back to the game select screen without having to power cycle? Not as important but also curious if the unibios style cheat system works with this cart. I have a stock bios installed on the sole operational MVS I currently run but it's something I want to change eventually with the idea that this cart will be the only thing ever plugged into it moving forward.

Not a deal breaker or anything but just a nice to have set of features if this is possible.

Just look back on the previous page(s).
This has been addressed many times at this point.
