This is the right place to.show your interest. Notice that it's just that a place to show interest, when a new batch will happen is not clear yet.

Click the link Darksoft posted and read his post. All is explained.
To express interest in the mvs multi, you first need to paint a 5 foot wide star on the floor. Then, you must put 1 of each Metal slug from 1-5 at the tip of every star point, with the insertion triangle facing outward in the direction of the star point. Then, you must put metal slug X in the middle. Then you must sprinkle salt in a circle around the star and games. Then light a feather on fire and throw it into the middle of the star. Count silently to 5, then recite the incantation: "oh darksoft, great exhalted one. I express interest in the legendary MVS Multi. I will do thay bidding. Add me to the list". If you did it right, Darksoft will emerge from the smoke of the burning feather and will reply "added". This is the ONLY way to reserve your spot on the list.
