Help Sourcing Blank Chips

Trying to get 4 or 5 cabs up and running with NAOMI's. Will be burning my own chips out of necessity. Help me source the right ones from Digikey:

• I believe these are the correct ones for the TSOP-48 Flash Roms (used with the Dimm's)
• I see two options for the Zero Key PIC. This one and this one
  • Which one is correct?
• Which chip works for the NAOMI BIOS?

Naomi BIOS: You need 27C160. Not usually stocked by the US suppliers anymore so I order them from China. Like these on Ebay-- http://www.ebay.com/itm/10pcs-M27C160-100F1-M27C160-27C160-16M-EPROMs-/280732997704
