Prices probably going up on a number of things. Every time I look at the spreadsheet, costs surprise me. The exchange rate drops and container cost increases are hitting real hard across the board. There’s been some rebound in the exchange rate, but it’s not a sign prices will get better or anything. The exchange rate is already extremely lopsided in our favor; as economies balance, we will eventually lose that edge. Can’t keep up forever. Just wanted to share this, so people know where things are trending. Sales are slow enough as it is without price increases, heads-up that there’s likely going to be bigger delays and slowdowns across the board. Also, likely better to pick things up sooner than later, or it’s just going to start costing more!

Updating since it has been too long and things still aren’t getting better. I’m still dealing with family emergency/aftermath, leaving me mostly unable to keep up with old tasks, much less weeks of new stuff coming up. I know it means little/nothing to some people, especially as things drag on, but just wanted to not leave people in the dark. I’ve not forgotten anyone, I’m just trying to stay alive rn.

This is an insanely overdue update; I'd love to get more reguular again, have photos regularly, etc, but it probably won't happen for a while. I'm cleaning up over 3 years of to-do list atm, and while that's coming along nicely, it has taken away from other work. It's all a step towards actually being able to keep up, though! Tried to roughly include updates in this post. There will be more updates, and more frequent, to clean this stuff up, add more info, some point soon. I will be in Japan for 6 weeks so I don't know what we'll get to, but I couldn't go any longer without some kind of update.

I will be moving all crane, UFO, redemption, vending, whatever stuff into a separate post, so if you see it disappear here, it'll end up on that post.

Like, a serious note, expect things to continue to get more expensive, any changes in the political side of things aside. Costs keep outpacing our price increases. If you want to get something, you're better off doing it now than waiting if you can. Just my professional opinion, I could be wrong, but that's my advice at least.

Red NESiCA Cards are now limited supply left, TAITO is no longer producing them. There's 100 boxes in stock or so, so it's not like, completely gone, but it is now a finite supply.

Removed DISSIDIA from sale, as the last ones I intend to sell have sold.

Removed Silent Scope: Bone Eater from future containers. Also removed Sound Voltex, we haven't gotten any offered lately.

A lot of things to go over in this update, still not ready to revamp things with more photos or cab info, but keeping things updated as much as I can! As usual, please ask questions if you want to know anything, I know a lot of stuff is left unsaid. Just still balancing a lot at once.

Texas freight finally went out, a container came in, and regular freight is back to regular after our double-booked weekend. We're burned out on both ends; in Japan and back home, we'll be taking the next week or two to catch up on backlog. Ongeki added for general sale, $4,750, arrival in May. We got a bunch at once, enough to overflow the waitlist for now. Leaving it on the waitlist section just in case, though.

Removed Blancs, I'm holding onto these until further notice. Removed Capsule Station 4s, I should have more but I'm not seeing them in the inventory atm so not listing to be safe. I should have news on a final run of beatmaniaIIDX clearances in the next update, I'll be going to the warehouse to look at them and determine if we can take them or not.

4/2 UPDATE: With the addition of 24% tariffs on Japanese goods, ALL LISTED PRICES ARE INVALIDATED. All in-progress sales will meet one of the three following conditions: Sale price will be honored for anything that does not incur a loss, applicable additional cost will be applied to cover tariffs, or full amount refunded for the purchase of the cabinet. We understand this isn't an easy subject and something nobody wants to hear. It is our policy to never upcharge, and have no hidden costs, but this isn't something that is just absorbed out of thin air. 24% is a business-shuttering amount. If looking to make purchases off the list, be prepared to discuss actual pricing in DMs. I will likely not be able to list accurate prices on volatility around 24%. Just expect all pricing to be up by around that amount. We also will no longer be stocking little things here and there in advance like we usually do, so only sold/paid items will be loaded on containers. This is all until further notice.

There's still a lot of things I need to add and remove, but these updates keep coming out too slowly. Things are going to change here, fast, and a lot. I'll try to type out shorter updates here more often as the situation unfolds. Just expect things to get much, much more difficult on all ends.

Received 3 containers this month, something like 6 more in motion. I'm already in crisis management mode; work has been hellish, and I've spent most of my 6 weeks in Japan working from my desk. With all this coming in, plus con season starting, plus making up for a hard 2024, please expect delays in communication, and some short responses! Also expect me to be unable to service help requests for small things, stuff unrelated to business, etc. Gotta keep the focus on getting over the hump!

Moved Gashapon Stations to the other sheet where they belong.

Dance Evolution increased to $2,500, freight costs jacked this one up a notable amount. Sold out anything we had on hand.

Sound Voltex added back at $2,000 to reflect availability and current costs.
