Hi everyone! about a month ago my blast city ps went out. i did a full recap, and nothing. I checked everywhere for another and it seems like they were all in the 2-300 price range. I wouldn't mind paying that, but with a ps that old, who knows how long I would get out of it. So I searched around and couldn't find anything on replacing just the ps board. So , I started hunting out specs on other power supplies. Finally, I found the mpb125-4350rg. it was exactly what I was looking for. small form factor and all the outputs I needed. So I downloaded the wiring diagram, ordered some connectors from Mouser electronics, and my journey started. I created a wire harness to tie into the existing set up. I had to also create a split for the power so it could power the Blast amp. Finally, I had to create a new platform to attach it to the old box. after everything was completed, I had a working power supply again. I retained all factory connections, didn't change anything outside of the PS housing. Hopefully if anyone out there needs a PS you can do the same thing. I don't have a detailed Pic of the process I went through, but I do have some pics of the wiring. If anyone else is going through the same issue, feel free to reach out!!
