Hi everyone,

I recently bought a Tekken Tag Tournament 2 arcade machine. The unit boots up into the PS3 and into Tekken, but then always runs into “2-5 BATTERY ERROR 1” or “2-5 BATTERY ERROR 2” on the initialization screen. I’ve tried replacing both CMOS batteries, reseating connections, and trying without the USB keys inserted. No matter what, I get those same errors. Can someone point me to what I need to fix? Thanks!

Unfortunately it’s an issue with the H057 JVS board, when the battery dies on those, they have some sort of “suicide” it seems. Unfortunately there’s currently no definitive way to fix them or what’s really causing the issue

Btw, you plugged your JVS cable to the wrong port…

Ahh, I was fearing it might be something like that. Could it be fixed by replacing the JVS board? Also, could I maybe fix it by loading a CFW on the PS3 end of things?
