What's new
Of course, my old Sun PSU craps out now when Mitsu can't find the parts. :)

Anybody have any spare Sun PSUs lying around?

FINALLY BACK IN STOCK!!! WON'T RUN OUT OF PARTS FOR A LONG TIME.

I've been using my Supergun with a Capcom I/O and sort of want to simplify the setup with just an ATX PSU and a USB to DB15 converter

I know you shouldn't exceed 5.1v on the NAOMI due to burning out the buffer chips

- Just wondering if burning out the buffer chips could be a potential problem when using this adapter with an ATX PSU?
- Also what kind of specs should I be looking for in an ATX PSU when using this adapter?

Thanks

--buffer chips are in no more danger with this. Only difference is you are using a psu that self-regulates and won't let you manually over-volt.

--500 to 750 watt should be good

Just to clarify my statement above. The buffer chips won't be in more danger. The wording looks like I said the buffers won't fail anymore.

Got this in the other week
Running just standard game carts on my NAOMI

To my surprise I get very clean video on my CRT Monitor with this adapter vs my Supergun

With my Supergun depending on the PSU
I'd get a bit of a rippling effect on the video on my monitor
Some very very subtle while others very obvious

Super happy now that I'm able to eliminate the I/O board lol

Thanks Mitsu!
