This is all sold, pending pickup. Original post below.

Up for sale are 5 cabs requiring varying degrees of work and they will be priced accordingly. I have been planning on restoring these the last few years and I have never found the time and am finally admitting that I never will lol. I just have too much going on between work and other projects/hobbies.

These are all pick up only; I want people to come and see the condition. I have no PCBs any more so cannot plug anything in or generate a test pattern.

Cash or Zelle are accepted forms of payment.

Aero Cities (PICS HERE) - $500 each with original parts, $1200 for both cabs and all additional parts/spares/tubes/monitor

To be clear: individual cabs will come with their original parts, only, none of the spares/stuff for restoration. The spares and other stuff can be available for separate purchase, but I'd like to move everything at once if possible, hence the favorable pricing.

The Aeros are the roughest of the bunch. Holes from lock bars, dents, dings, painted over, they're dirty and one had the wiring harness hacked up and a crummy aftermarket PSU installed. One also is missing the metal platform with kick plate/foot rest (who knows how or why). No wheels, either. I have original PSUs for both, and they have both been recapped.

Both control panels had new holes for buttons added and overlays put over them. Control panel uppers had the original overlays but they were rough, so I removed those and sanded them down; painted one of the uppers and the other is still bare. I also purchased two brand new uppers from alberto1225 since the others were pretty beat up and a little deformed. I have a couple original control panels in excellent shape with wiring harnesses and buttons/levers (SF2 and 2L6B), as well as two 1L6B repros from alberto1225 with levers/buttons.

Monitors are all original, working, MS8-26 and both tubes have burn in. I know I recapped one of them, can't remember if I did the other. I have a spare, complete MS8-26 in much better shape, as well as 2 donor tubes from a couple consumer sets.

Also have an original Header for artwork, 2 x upper control panel overlays, 2 x sets of side art from Gate Ninety, and 2 x speaker panel arts.

New Astro Cities (PICS HERE) - $1000 each, $2200 for both with spare tubes and artwork

The New Astro Cities are mostly just dirty and have some discoloration/scuffs; the main issue with the NACs are the tubes are not original but the chassis are MS9-29s and have been recapped, however. Original tubes were badly burned and I no longer have them, but I've made several attempted swaps with varying success. Can't quite get convergence/purity right. I picked up 2 x Hitachi 27" 27MM20B for a potential tube swap since the MS9-29SU is paired to the same tube, A68KSA30X. The curvature of the tubes look to be right, to my eye, the only possible hitch would be these are Hitachi tubes and I have Toshiba yokes (OG tubes were Toshiba).

Back upper cover for the light box has been taken off on one of the cabs, I just need to find where I put the screws to put it back on.

Control panel areas have no cracks and are in great shape. Control panels are repros from alberto1225, one 2L12B and one 2L8B. I also have replacement overlays from alberto1225 because he said there were issues with the original prints, but I think the OGs look fine. Anyway, the replacements haven't been used and still have the plastic protective layer. Also have repro instruction artwork from alberto1225.

I also have high quality repro side art and 100 yen stickers from hursit that I'll include if purchasing both cabs.

Taito Canary (PICS HERE) - $3000

The Taito Canary is in the best shape of the bunch. The plastics are discolored and could use paint, the control panel surround and cabinet has scuffs and needs powder coating. Tube is not original, but it's in good shape and has a good picture; paired with an MS9-29 chassis. I have the original tube and original MS8-25FTB (recapped), main issues are the tube is very badly burnt and chassis is not functioning; it would power on and then lose heater voltage and screen would fade out. The MS9 chassis has been sitting on a makeshift shelf made out of cardboard boxes, but my plan was to create a tray out of angle iron attached to the rotation mech frame. There is a monitor chassis mount on the side of the cab, but the MS9 plastic tray does not line up with more than two of the screw holes and it's a major pain to mount it and reach the adjustments.

This was originally a standard cab (no rotation mech), but I got a repro mech and pulled out the monitor and the frame mounts. Original tube/frame/chassis/mounts will be included.

I also have a repro art set from ArcadeArtShop (https://www.arcadeartshop.com/product/taito-canary-candy-cab-sticker-set-blue/).

I've included a pic of the monitor working from a previous board listing I made, but I used it last year and it worked fine.
