Yes on Chihiro. That game originally comes in a Triforce version that doesnt have a GDROM port but instead of a regular media board, has board with a cart full of memories. I would advice you to get one with a GDROM port so you can load any other game. Of course we are talking all the time about type 3, the type 1 has a regular NETDIMM on top and only a few games load on it. Not Mario Kart AFAIK.

Yep. As @Darksoft stated, the PCB/Steering/I/O are identical and I don't recall MKGP2 having GDROM so if CF card setup is possible, the DIP switches may need to be changed(?) You're better off netbooting as an original MKGP2 board is rare let alone someone willing to give it up for a decent price.
Yeah. Mario Kart won't run on a Type 1. You need a type 3. But as Darksoft was saying, MK1 and 2 came on Namco's NAND based media board. This media board has a NAND cart and can't be used to play other games. You can buy a MK triforce but you will only be playing MK if you do. You want to try to find a Triforce with a Sega media board. You can identify it by looking for the GD-ROM port.
After you find one you will want to either netboot the versions of Mario Kart found on the web (converted from NAND to netboot/CF as this was never a game released on GD-ROM) or load Darksoft's custom firmware and boot it off of a standard CF card adapter. I can sell you a CF kit that works in both the Triforce or Chihiro Type 3s. It includes the IDE CF adapter, power loom that works in either system, and a CF card with the game loaded on it.
It's JVS so any Sega JVS IO will work. I think that's the info you are asking for.

Is the FFB pcb compatible with all Naomi, Triforce, Chihiro, and Lindbergh driving games? Are they difficult to find or implement in a universal cabinet?

No, but @winteriscoming has a pretty cool JVS board that works with all of them with profile switching...

A JPN Triforce will play everything. However, the games will be in Japanese. If you want English, you need to change the region.
