All sticks and buttons were working when I removed it from the cabinet about 10 years ago. Has been stored inside, in a dry closet, since then.
In relatively good shape, but the artwork appears a bit yellowed and the molding is bulging at the corners.
Will accept first reasonable offer.

Located in Alexandria, VA. Pickup is best, but I can ship if you pay shipping. Weighs about 15lbs.

Apologies, this was originally a Tekken 2 cabinet, but was probably converted by the arcade to Soul Caliber 2. Here's the info from the back.
So this isn't an original SC2 control panel.
