both are booting. but graphics are naked (color squares) and no sound.
after a few superbios inspection (simm test) the following simms are not appearing:
3,4,5,6,7
some noticeable rust was pictured. the rest in in good condition.
by other side, one of the boards (cyclone) missing green color.
its why i pulled 9C IC to another board.
just mainboard.

-no simms
-no cdrom stuff
300 for both.
