ST-V Cartridge error

so i have 2 ST-V and 2 darksoft Multi boards , one Motherboard works flawless

the other i get cart error with one cart, and on the other cart it sometimes maybe will load (well twice it has)

is this a SH2 issue or something more sinister , i have cleaned out the Cartridge port

biggest stv problem is bad soldering on the square chips
