So I recently purchased a 4 slot cab everything is working on it minus the coin Door ac power switch so I opened the cab found the disconnect only to realize the psu in the cab doesn't have a 4 pin connecter, the psu is a suzo happ power pro is it possible with this psu to rig up the coin slot ac power switch or a toggle switch to turn on and off the cab
 
Yes, you can put a switch inline with a standard switching power supply. The wiring is outlined here:

Note that this setup only switches the hot side. Personally I would use a DPST toggle and switch both hot and neutral.

Alternatively you can just replace it with the HAPP 200w powerpro that has the 4 pin remote harness ready to go, it's only about $45.

Note that this isn't an exact match for the OEM power supply but it is functionally identical. The OEM p/s is larger so you would have to figure out a way to mount. in the MVS it just sits on the base so not really a big problem.
