I have a frogger pwb that plays correct for everything except the frog itself. None of the green color for the frog appears on the screen (it actually looks translucent). Green shows up for other things on the screen so I'm pretty sure the CRT is O.K. I've been told it might be the character PROM. I have swapped all ROMs and RAMs with a known good board and the problem was not fixed (also, the known good board still worked O.K.). Any other possibilities/thoughts?
