WTB Batsugun special rom

I have a batsugun pcb but would like batsugun special,am I correct in thinking you can just change the rom on the board?if any has one let me know

change your rom in position u69 with this rom (you can find in the download link that I've put above)

tp030-sp.u69

Thanks for response and the link,I don’t have a physical rom or a way to write,was hoping someone might have a rom I could purchase with special already on

Guessing from the file size it's a 27c400 or 27c4096 but I'd check the rom at that location to be sure. Then if you don't have a burner consult this directory:
