Using JAMMA 2 in 1 switcher to install Ms. Pacman/Galaga, and Pandora's Box DX Vertical or Game Elf vertical 412 in 1

Hello,
I have the 2 in 1 JAMMA switcher purchased from Holland computers, I have an original Ms.Pacman/Galaga,Class of 81 PCB,Pandora's Box DX Vertical AND Game Elf vertical 412 in 1.
Will there be an issue if I install the Ms pacman/galaga PCB on the JAMMA switcher with the above Pandoras DX or the Game Elf? I do know both use the 12v 5v .

I'm not 100% but most of the Pandora/ELF setups don't do an exact JAMMA in that pin 27 is used for a button input which causes a grounding issue in cabs that are regular JAMMA. This can be worked around by disconnecting 27 on both solder and component sides (if you don't need button 6) or using a Pandora/Elf to jamma adapter.
