This board had a bunch of corrosion along the jamma edge. It was missing the color blue, I was able to fix it by patching the trace that leads to pin 13 of the jamma edge. It does have another issue though, the board test fine in the post but the sound does not work. Anytime a sound tries to pay the sound led goes off and you hear the gong sound when it comes back on. It's almost like the entire sound section resets.
