Either your CRT has almost non existant electron guns left or the rgb transistors needs to be changed on that packmania. Is the price negotiable? U can keep the roms. I already have 3 sets of Pacmania roms of which one I actually use and play as its an awesome game.

Hey, sorry for the awful pics, I've got a big window behind and the morning light made lot of reflections.
Ms9-29 is working fine and so is Pacmania, but i`ll make more pictures for you if you are interested.
