Hi!:)

Someone made a reproduction of this connector, but I can't remember where I saw it ;(

Does anyone know if they've seen it before ?

Or I am looking for a CAD file of the PCB if someone has already made this file

Thank you ;)

I don't remember seeing a reproduction for this so it would be good if someone posted, but you can use a bunch of header jumpers if you can't find the termination connector. I tested it once and it worked fine. Definitely a cheaper option since that Omron connector is about $10 alone.

I believe you jumper:
A1-A5 to B1-B5
A7-A27 to B7-B27

Edit: added photos of termination part and jumper configuration.

Thank you everteen :)

if someone can already draw the PCB that would be a good thing.

After for the connector we can find a cross reference 8)

you dont need a pcb, just bend the pins together and solder them
i had to do this when i got a board with it missing - luckily i got a loan of one to draw the connections :)

the connector btw is under $2 and a standard part
DIN41612

this is a good seller - i get lots of connectors from them :)

Attached is the gerber file. This has not been tested so go in at your own risk. It should work with the connector listed by @stj above or the original Omron XC5D-9621. If anyone tries it out please report back.

I'll have a few made up when I do another PCB order.

i dont know what the retention pin is, i dont use any - if 96 solder joints cant hold it together then a couple of pins wont change much! :D
