Sega Astro City Candy Cab - $2500 $2200

Selling one of my Astro Cities I purchased from GndZero a few years back.

- The monitor is an ms9, and has been recapped. The tube is nice and bright, with minimal burn in. Geometry could use some fine tuning but looks very good.
- Power supply has been recapped.
- Both marquees and 100 yen coin sticker have been replaced with repros from ArcadeArtRepro.
- New 1p control panel from Alberto with new seimitsu stick/buttons.
- Light fixture replaced with LED light.
- New topper plastic and bezel instruction holders. Custom Jojos art included and can be swapped out. Original control panel insert included as well.
- All metal panels and doors have been powdercoated for a near perfect match.
- Doors have new locks and tangs, none on control panel.
- Original neon green side art is still in good shape.
- Inside of the cabinet looks a little rough, but is clean.
- New Logitech z550 speakers have been added.
- Cabinet has been wired for stereo using an external amp. This can easily be reverted back by switching a plug.

THERE IS NO PCB INCLUDED, what is shown on screen is for testing purposes only.

Hi, created an account to comment on this. I've been interested in picking up one of these for a long time. I'm not nearby unfortunately but what (if any) possible shipment options are there for something like this? I've yet to be graced by the presence of one of these near me (middle of Oklahoma).

My main thing is avoiding international shipment (been through that before). I've not tried shipping something like this, only furniture

Anyways, thanks for your time and super cool machine

The only option I can think of is Beltmann, will usually run around $700-$800. I am willing to work with a shipper so just let me know!

Skilled players of course! Why waste brain power with 6 buttons? 3 is plenty to take someone down :thumbsup:

I've used Uship for two games, might be a little bit cheaper but ya kinda get what you pay for with shippers.

Thank you for the quick response and that is about what I was figuring. Man, I'd really like to be within local pickup distance. I'm sorry I'll have to mull it over personally as obviously it'd be ideal to avoid any shipment fees. But in the mean time good luck with selling

Hello, thanks for taking the time to share this additional insight. Yes I'd really like to be able to personally handle the machine from point A to point B. We'll see though, maybe a unit will pop up near me in Oklahoma but I'm still keeping my eye on this one lol
