The gamelink and powerpak suggestions still apply regardless tbh, you'd be using the same board in a cab...though I'd probably say you're missing some of the charms of old Nintendo arcade games unless you're using some of the same parts as the originals; joysticks in particular, dual monitors or unique tabletops also come to mind.
At that point I would probably ask: unless you have a PC10 cabinet already and just want to add to the experience, why bother running a PC10 board Via supergun or another non-Nintendo cab when you can just...play the PC10 games on a regular NES for a fraction of the price? As far as I'm aware, all of the VS titles from the VS/dualsystem series boards that you would want to play that have any significant differences to their home cartridge counterparts you can ALSO just play on the same powerpak/everdrive on a regular NES. You're not really getting much out of a PC10 via supergun or otherwise that you couldnt just get out of an RGB modded NES, whereas something like the Dualsystems had unique gameplay experiences from having a dual-monitor setup.
