Checking the repo file of PCM chip here seems that use lattice LC4128ZE.
This CPLD seems really expensive, difficult to find and the software, well never mind

Lately I've come across several games with broken PCM, isn't there an alternative based on altera chip ?
Any way to make some spare at chip price ?
