Naomi + Capcom I/O + Blast City = Sound issue

Finally getting around to testing a Capcom I/O I purchased from Ebay a while ago and only getting sound out of the right speaker.
The sound cuts in and out when I touch the volume adjustment knob and the knob also has some play in it.
I am hoping this is the problem with the single channel audio. These pics are of the knob pushed to the side and how I have it all connected to my cab.
Where can I source a replacement for this knob? I tried Digikey but was unable to find any solution.

While I was examining the board I noticed that someone had already done a "repair" on the 4 player toggle switch (original was the same as the csync) and replaced it with header pins.
Is this switch also something that can be sourced? I'm not even sure what it is called.

It's a common slide switch. The standard pitch for headers is 2.54mm, but looks like the pins at the end are slightly turned inward, so I'm guessing the correct pitch for the switch is 2.00mm.

This one should work:

You'll just have to cut the mounting tabs with wire cutters.
