Naomi 2 Error 22 how to fix?

Finally got the Naomi 2 setup going with a non-net dimm CF card etc..

When I turn on the Naomi 2 with default BIOS, I get the error 1. Same for when I put the region bios.

I then put the dimm in and get the error 22. With or without the CF card inserted on the side.

What can I do here? could the dimm be bad?

I just got all this from austria and it took so long for it to get here, the seller I reached out to about the situation doesn't even recall selling this to me...
 
If the dimm is sitting correctly it sounds like a bad dimm. Do you have it screwed down?
I have a chihiro type 1 that a dimm won't sit in properly unless I put something heavy on one corner(I don't have the right screws for a chihiro).

not screwed down just inserted into the slot, I don't see any screw holes on top for that to even be done. I tried blowing on the contacts. I will try iso alcohol and see what I can clean but the guy that sold it to me stated it was working. I am getting constant errors. This is a headache for sure
 
Ok I noticed the screw holes but I don't have anything to screw them down. I tried putting some pressure as it booted and got the same error. I even removed the battery same error.
 
Make sure the daughterboard with the ethernet connector is seated properly within the netdimm. You might have to remove the metal shield to do that.
