Laptop style ATX power supply for Supergun?

I'm currently running my Supergun using a desktop PC ATX power supply which is noisy (fan) and huge. Has anyone found a reliable laptop style power supply with an ATX connector? I found this one on Google but no idea if it's any good for what I want (CPS1 and CPS2 games) :

I mean, you would normally use a PicoPSU and connect a laptop-like power brick to that...
