Selling a piece of equipment I had a lot of fun with. Great for hooking SCART consoles to a component consumer tube. (this usually requires scart -> BNC and BNC -> Dsub cables).
IIRC it handles 240p/480i fine though not listed explicitly. I recall this because one of the best uses for this guy is to hook a PS2 to a tri-sync monitor, leaving the PS2 in component video mode. This way switching between 480i and 480p on the PS2 for the games that support it doesn't move the sync signal. PS2's in RGB mode move sync between Sync-On-Green or sync on video depending on the scan rate. Avoiding that headache, this box let me play SSX3 in progressive scan on a Nanao MS2933, and you don't have to navigate blind to get there.
So yeah, this is a bi-directional component to VGA or the other way around (Scart/VGA to Component Video) converter. Professional grade with power supply, mounting bracket, and very worn original box.
Asking $100 USA shipped.
