What is the best way of getting the extra 5v power to a Rev1 HNG64 pcb in a New Astro City cab? This is the power supply that is in my NAC. Thanks

From what I could tell working on our Road's Edge, the "extra power" isn't really needed if you have all 4 5V pins populated on the harness with sufficient gauge wire and you have a power supply capable of supplying enough current. SNK was recommending it because operators were shoving the boards into cabinets like the Egret 2 and crappy conversion cabs where not all of the 5V pins were populated or using crappy thin wire, causing it to burn up.
I'm not sure the Astro City power supply is capable of enough 5V current to run the hyper 64. My Blast was able to and the Mean Well on my bench was, but both have much higher 5V current ratings than the Astro's measly 7A.
