Highscore saving

I just bought a second PGM board from china.
Not only it arrived within 14 days (!) but it was a rev. 14 in perfect condition
The non-leaked cr2032 battery had 2.85v left so I gave it try.
It DOES save highscores on fluffy's pcb with Ketsui. What a pleasant surprise! Time to check the other two games.

Maybe this got already handled in another thread concerning the dip switch settings but here is what I found out.

Both Espgaluga (fluffy's pcb) and DDPDOJ (SheepNova conversion) also keep the highscores.
Interchanging the games no matter in what order will lose them.
Dip switch 8 was enabled while testing all three games.

Thanks for the info. I'm a newbie with Candy Cabs and jumping in the deep end right away. I'm looking to buy a PGM PCB along with DDPDDOJ from SheepNova. Thanks for confirming that his cart saves scores!

Now my second question. What PGM version should I be looking for that supports high score saves? Will an older version with a battery mod work as well? I haven't bought it yet, but I'm still asking around first in order to buy the right stuff. I still need to verify that it's JAMMA in my research.

You should buy a REV14 PGM motherboard. I have tons of info on my site and youtube as well.
