I purchased a New Net City cab, it's on its way, it does not come with a jvs to jamma adapter. I'm wondering whether I need the adapter to connect my pc to it.

The JVS IO will come with the cabinet. It's behind the control panel, under the monitor surround. There's going to be a USB looking connector in the PCB area that you will connect to whatever JVS compatible hardware you're using.

Thanks. I got this board made by someone claims to support both jamma and jvs to pc.

So I guess what I need to do is using an usb cable connect from the jvs io panel to the usb port on this board, use the vga cable of the cabinet monitor connecting to video card, and plug pc audio cable to the audio port on the cabinet board.

This board seems also has connectors on the bottom right which can be used to connect extra buttons.

Looks everything is set as long as this board works.

If the board works like you think it’s going to work, you’ll still need a way to power it from the jamma edge. I don’t think it’ll work off the power of the USB port from your PC.
