Please excuse my ignorance. If I understand it correctly you use software to be used with the multi kits. And I heard there is a way to return those files back to useable as actual roms for the cps2...by using a hex editor to separate/resize the roms correctly...does anyone knows how to do this or a place to go to read more into that?
 
The rom I was looking for was the Final Fight 30th Anniversary cps2...but figured that one out. I would like to know for my own knowledge...mostly how to use the hex editor to split/reduce the size of the files...like the q sound files, in dark soft image size they are 4m...and to be used in cps2 hardware they have to be split and reduced to 128k chunks. Same for the main game roms down to 512k. I just like to know how to do that.
