Custom acrylic PCB cases

Here's a small project I've been working on as of late with assistance from @Robertguy09.
I was inspired by his post here. A huge shoutout to him and his wife for the case labels they made for me.
They are beautiful and very high quality vinyl adhesive.

I used Chemcast Cast Transparent Colored Acrylic cut to 3/16" in Transparent Lt Smoke - 57%. All acrylic was purchased through Tap Plastics, they are excellent.
The standoffs, scews, nuts, washers etc were all pieced together from Amazon.

I know some of you will say you should have rounded corners or polished sides, yeah the price difference will change your mind.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with how they came out and make storage absolutely simple and efficient.

Thank you! Depends on sizing, the larger ones fetched a higher price. Ranged from $15 to about $25 per side. It was around $160 for the lot.

Edit: nope $15- $30 for each set.

That's not bad at all! I got like 4 Sf2 boards (ww, ce, HF and a Rainbow) and a Final Fight I'd love to get some made!

It's really not bad at all for the basic cuts. Gets expensive real fast if you do the fancy stuff. You should go for it and make some, get @Robertguy09 to print you some dope labels.

When I get some time this weekend, I have a few more boards I plan to make these cases for too.

If you have some time, you can always round the corners slightly with a small file and come back and polish them. Had to do this to at least one of the Highflow ones I purchased since they were like oh well.

Got a few more finished up today. Raiden DX now that I have the version with better audio. I finally acquired another SPI motherboard so my Raiden Fighters collection is now complete and shelled. The last is my G-Net motherboard. There really isn't a great way to do this but I'm pretty happy with how it came out. I also threw together some G-Net games that @Robertguy09 made for me.
